Farrs Limited are pleased to announce the introduction of traditional sustainable building materials from Lime Green and Best of Lime Products.
Ultra
- Ultra is an insulated undercoat plaster and render that uses a unique lightweight aggregate made from the residues of the glass recycling process blended with natural hydraulic lime (NHL).
- It is breathable, flexible, very lightweight and builds out in thick layers
- It is made with lightweight mineral as the aggregate in place of sand with results so far put the Lambda value at 3 to 5 x more thermally efficient than a standard lime plaster and 8 x better than sand and cement.
- Ability to absorb soluble salts.
- Extremely vapour permeable.
- Will not shrink or breakdown over time.
Duro
- Duro is a general purpose pure lime render/plaster undercoat for renovation and new build. The range is made with Natural Hydraulic Lime, kiln dried sands and recycled aggregates.
- Superior levels of breathability - perfect for walls with damp or salt problems since water can evaporate easily and does not remain trapped where it can damage stone, brickwork and wood.
- It is flexible and long lasting, so it's more resilient to cracking or crazing compared with site mixed render.
Solo
- One coat lime plaster for interior use on masonry and boards and wood fibre insulation boards. Can be finished to a smooth surface suitable for decoration.
- Unlike standard lime plasters, Lime Green Solo doesn't always need an initial base coat.
- Promotes a healthy indoor climate, it is highly permeable primary make up of Selentic Lime, sand and chalk.
- Allows moisture to escape while creating a healthier living environment.
